Dietary Preferences

Halal Menu Option
Items with the halal icon are made with halal meats (beef, lamb, and/or poultry) and do not utilize pork or alcohol ingredients in their preparation. While vegetarian, vegan, and seafood-based menu items do not show the halal icon, these are generally accepted as halal when not prepared with alcohol.
Prepared with Alcohol
The alcohol icon indicates that an item utilizes wine or liquor in preparation or as an ingredient. These substances are used only for flavor or chemistry, and finished items will not generally include significant amounts of alcohol as served.
Carbon Footprint
A Food’s Carbon Footprint is an assessment of the greenhouse gas emissions and resources required for its growth, harvest, processing, and distribution. A higher carbon footprint indicates a greater contribution to climate change. Food choice is one way to reduce your personal impact on the environment.
Low Carbon Footprint
Lower-carbon foods contribute less to climate change. Choosing more of these foods is better for the environment.
High-Carbon Footprint
High-carbon foods contribute more to climate change. Choosing fewer of these foods is better for the environment.
Food Allergens
Dining uses icons to identify menu items that are known to contain or potentially contain certain allergens.
Since people with food allergies can react to even a small amount of an allergen, food items may be labeled as containing an allergen if they are processed in a facility or on equipment with that allergen. This means that a dish labeled as vegan, for example, could still have a dairy allergen listed due to the risk of unintentional cross-contact.
It’s important to note that our Bakery uses equipment that processes tree nut products to make items such as hamburger buns, pizza dough, and baked goods.
To minimize the risk of cross-contact, we advise individuals with food allergies to avoid consuming food that has been cooked in our deep fryers.
